08; Why carry the mountain?

Bismillah and assalamualaikum guys ! It’s 11am// 17/09/2019 πŸ˜‰

Class will be starting tomorrow sort of nervous/worry to enter this new journey 😣 because I believe things will get more serious and tougher, but in shaa allah I will try my best to ace every single paper (Please pray for me and my batchmates okie !? To be successful in this dunia and akhirah, May Allah bless all of you). 😊

Ouh yeah did you guys realize i bold the word worry ? This is because today I would like to write about worrying.

I guess everyone worry it’s a normal feelings to feel when you are thinking about something that might effect your life or other people life who you care about, it’s not a bad feeling but it depends on how you control/react to that feeling. Either in a positive way or a negative way.

And to be honest when I first started writing I do felt worry, about people reaction when reading my post, will people judge my writting ?

So I overcome this by remembering back my intention to write.

I write to reflect myself, because when I write I need to think, feel, analyst and everything that I write related to what I’m facing right now. So it like a reminder for me.

And therefore that is why my blog name is “Dear Sofia.”

Beside that I also write to improve my writing skills so it is fine if people want to judge my writing, actually it will be really helpful ! In shaa allah.

There are so many things you can do to calm yourself from worrying. I will list down some of the things that I do that might be helpful ;

1. Have a date with Allah. Talk to Him about your problems, surrender your heart to Allah

Who is better to soothe your heart than the One who is in control of it?

and feel that worry being transferred from your shoulders, over to Him. And if you want to talk to someone about your problems, pray that Allah will send you the right person.

2. Surround yourself with nature. Trust me, it feel so calm to just sit back and watch His creations, it will helps to clear our minds.

3. I would call my parents because just hearing their voice make me feel calm. ❀️

4. And sometimes when I’m at home, I like to rent at my cats πŸ˜‚ than will ask my cats to pray for me.

5. I write.

6. And there is something that will struck my mind when I feel worry, the condition of my heart.

Who am I actually relying to ? And also about my solat, do I really perform my ibadah or just doing my routine? Because for me this two are related with our life (So i will check back this two things.)

And many more ways that you can do. (everything depends on the situation.)

If you are feeling worried about your past, try to shift back your focus to where you are standing right now. Because past is past, there is nothing you can do about it. Where your are standing right now that matters, appreciate the time you have now. Plus we even called it as “present” so aren’t you happy with your “present” ? Are you really going to waste it?

So don’t hurt your back guys, just take a deep breath, enjoy the view and always be grateful !

So before I end my writing I would like to remind all of us that the writer of our life is Allah. He had planned everything that will happen in our life before we are born into this world and He had planned it beautifully. It is us who need to put the effort to go through this life the way Allah pleased.

Always believe in Him and don’t give our worries to much power over us.

Let’s not carry the worries of this life because it is for Allah. Do not also carry the worries of sustenance, because it’s from Allah. And do not worry about the future. Because it belongs to Allah.
